STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:
Sessions that include Specific Warm ups, Mobility, Strength or skills and training of various functional fitness movements at high intensity. Alternative movements can be prescribed which allows all training to be catered for everyone!
Our coaches are experienced and highly trained in their specific fields. They are approachable, friendly and reliable. We strive to improve the client experience!
Weightlifting is a sport that anyone can participate in. Our programs are tailored to suit the beginner through to the advanced lifter. They are periodic and contain diagnostic testing to ensure you gain the desired results which are based on your goals.
An ideal compliment to your usual workout, which helps safely improve your flexibility, strength, mindset and breathing. You’ll finish a class feeling stronger and more supple and more united in body, mind and soul.
